We initially started building homes in Pampanga and as the demand for our quality homes grew from Grandview Homes I we have expanded to Grandview Homes 2 and now with our pilot project Grandview Tower.

Established on July 01, 2006 under Grandview Homes, Inc. developed the Grandview Heights I with a total land area of 10,200 sq.m. comprising 123 housing units. Additionally, on February 23, 2007, it initiated to developed Grandview Heights II with a total land area of 32,032, saleable area of 20,090 accommodating 211 housing units.
